Job Description:
Production Process Engineering
The Technical Manager provides engineering analysis necessary to specify, procure, install and startup process and mechanical equipment for capital improvements, new product initiatives, product line extensions, capacity increase, and new technology implementation. Responsible for planning and management of engineering and financial resources for capital and expense projects from concept to implementation. Will have responsibility for site maintenance organization and utilities. Will also oversee building maintenance through a 3rd party IFM provider.
What are we looking for?Minimum:
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in engineering functions
- 3+ years of Frontline manager experience
- TPM Experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in engineering functions of maintenance
- Prior experience as Maintenance or Reliability Manager
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) experience
- Oversee site engineering and maintenance organization (including parts room and utilities)
- Co-leader of site Capital Asset Budget process (development; spend management)
- Responsibility for calibration programs
- Member of site leadership team - provide support to production operations
- Member of site Food Safety team
- FMOS process including daily and weekly update meetings
- Oversee relationship with 3rd Party IFM provider
