We are currently looking for a Technical LMS Administrator to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

The Technical LMS Administrator is a crucial support role within the organization, responsible for the day-to-day management and operational aspects of the enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) and associated e-learning platforms. Reporting to the Sr. LMS Manager, this role focuses on system maintenance, internal and external user support, and content management to ensure a seamless learning experience across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • System Maintenance (20%): Perform routine checks and updates to ensure the LMS and e-learning platforms are running smoothly.

  • User Support (20%): Provide technical support to end-users, including password resets, course enrollments, and troubleshooting.

  • Content Management (20%): Upload and update e-learning content and resources in the LMS.

  • Data Reporting (15%): Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, course completion, and other relevant metrics.

  • Quality Assurance (10%): Test new courses and updates for functionality and compatibility within the LMS.

  • Documentation (10%): Maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.

  • Special Projects (5%): Assist the Sr. LMS & eLearning Manager in special projects as needed.

We’re Looking for Someone with: 

  • Education: Preferred associate degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing or administering LMS and e-learning platforms.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective user support.

  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analytics for report generation and analysis.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and basic HTML/CSS is a plus

  • This is a remote position

  • Salary range: $72,000 to $75,000
