Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer to join our Global Product Engineering (GPE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and development of full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.
As a part of the Insight Digital Experience Platform (DxP) team, you will work on our premier content services platform, which utilizes Machine Learning (ML) to add structure and context to physical and digital information, enabling automated workflows for our global customers.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Drive Technical Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex web solutions, actively participating in high-level architectural discussions and implementing microservices and serverless architectures.
  • Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and partner vendors to define requirements and ensure the timely, high-quality deployment of features to development, quality assurance, and production environments.
  • Maintain Engineering Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the entire stack while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

What You’ll Bring
Primary Expertise (Mandatory)

  • Expert-Level ReactJS: Deep, hands-on experience building complex, scalable, and high-performance frontend architectures using modern ReactJS.
  • UI/UX Innovation: Strong experience with React Canvas and React Flow for creating interactive, high-performance user interfaces and dynamic data visualizations.

Secondary Expertise (Backend)

  • Java and/or GoLang Proficiency: Strong development experience in backend engineering using either Java (Spring Boot) or GoLang to build robust microservices and APIs.

Advanced Technical Skills & Cloud

  • Cloud Technologies: Proven track record working with major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Architecture & DevOps: Proficient knowledge of Microservices, serverless architectures, and DevOps practices (including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines).
  • Data Management: Solid understanding of database management across both SQL and NoSQL systems.

Academic Background

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from an accredited or recognized university.
