As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical vision and strategy for our department. You will lead a team of talented professionals, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of our telecom access and core network products.   • Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and represent the company's interests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communications.
  • 3-6 years of prior work experience as a SW developer or tester in Telecom Access or Core network products.
  • Strong knowledge and domain experience in Datacom, L2 forwarding, QoS, VLAN, Redundancy, Resiliency, and L2 Protocols.
  • Good understanding of IWF, SDKs, Network Processors, and Microcoding is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Go.
  • Experience with Test Automation tools like Robo and Python.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A results-driven and proactive approach to work, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience in a similar leadership role or demonstrated potential for leadership and team management.
