About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Network Security & Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Migration to lead the technical execution and customer-facing delivery of complex enterprise PQC migration projects.
This is a hands-on engineering role with end-to-end project ownership. You will work directly with customers, partners, and Classiq’s technical teams to assess existing environments, design migration approaches, implement and validate solutions, and drive projects toward deployment readiness.
In addition to project delivery, you will act as a technical and solution architecture resource in engagements with prospective customers, helping understand their environments, identify PQC migration needs, and shape potential solutions.
The ideal candidate combines deep network security expertise, strong hands-on engineering capabilities, and experience leading complex customer-facing technical projects.
What You’ll Do
- Own the technical execution and delivery of enterprise PQC migration projects, from discovery through implementation, validation, and handover.
- Act as the hands-on technical lead, directly designing, implementing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing solutions.
- Assess customer network and security environments and identify requirements, dependencies, risks, and constraints related to PQC migration.
- Design and validate hybrid classical/PQC architectures and migration approaches.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture, integration, testing, and performance-validation activities.
- Participate in prospective customer engagements as a solution architect, leading technical discussions, understanding customer requirements, and helping shape proposed PQC solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex network, security, integration, and performance issues.
- Work directly with customer engineering and security teams, technology partners, and internal R&D teams.
- Own technical milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables and proactively drive issues to resolution.
- Communicate technical findings, trade-offs, and recommendations to both engineering teams and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop technical documentation, deployment-readiness plans, and PQC migration roadmaps.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on network engineering / network security engineering experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep practical knowledge of enterprise networking, network security architecture, and secure communications.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and systems-level problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid understanding of cryptography and cryptographic infrastructure and how cryptographic changes impact enterprise networks.
- Experience with or strong familiarity with Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), hybrid cryptographic deployments, and cryptographic migration initiatives.
- Proven experience leading technically complex, customer-facing implementation projects while remaining hands-on.
- Ability to engage effectively with prospective customers in a solution architecture / technical pre-sales capacity, translating customer needs into technical approaches.
- Experience with architecture, integration, performance testing, and deployment of network security technologies.
- Ability to move comfortably between high-level architecture and hands-on engineering execution.
- Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working across customers, engineering teams, partners, and technology vendors.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Strong Advantages
- Experience with large-scale telecom or carrier-grade network environments.
- Strong Linux networking, systems engineering, automation, or scripting experience.
- Experience taking emerging security technologies from lab validation toward production deployment.
Skills Required
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise network security projects
- Experience in planning, execution, and customer-facing delivery management
- Practical experience with enterprise security implementations
