We are seeking an experienced Java Architect/Technical Lead to design and drive scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves defining system architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust and maintainable software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, selecting the right tools and frameworks, and ensuring best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on professional with deep expertise in Java and enterprise technologies, capable of balancing architectural vision with practical execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and define scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures
  • Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project needs
  • Lead and mentor development teams to ensure high technical standards and delivery quality
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices and standards
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of modern design patterns, architecture principles, and development practices
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance
  • Ensure efficient software delivery with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Guide teams in implementing testing strategies, including unit testing and quality assurance processes
