The Intelligence Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Technical Lead - IT & Data Operations to work in our Linthicum, MD location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help maintain customer mission operations. In this mission, we provide comprehensive operational, analytical, technical, forensic, and program management support.
Primary Responsibilities
As the Technical Lead - IT & Data Operations, you ensure availability of Systems, Application, Infrastructure, and Data required to execute mission requirements in line with Service Level Agreements. You manage Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 Service Desk Support for all designated systems and services, including NOC and SOC operations, on a 24/7 hours basis. You provide continuous analysis of security events and trends to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats to the customer environment as required and support on-call global operational support for the Command and Control (C2) Ops Center, including monitoring and initial response capabilities for Incident Response. You coordinate with Government and Contractor personnel as needed to operate and maintain customer networks securely.
Basic Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
TS/SCI clearance eligible.
BA/BS or equivalent experience and 10+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 8+ years of prior relevant experience
Experience in supporting and managing/leading Help Desk, NOC, and SOC operations.
Experience with Incident Response and Recovery Operations
Experience managing a 24/7 shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting IT and Data Operations at a DoD/DoW or Federal Government Agency/Organization.
