How will you do it?
We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead with 12+ years’ experience in Java 17, React (working knowledge), PostgreSQL (Crunchy PostgreSQL), authentication mechanisms and this role requires strong leadership skills combined with the ability to design and build scalable, fault-tolerant, event-driven systems using Kafka, Kafka Streams, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and cloud-compatible object storage, incorporating AI solutions to elevate our products.
Also, experience in C#, .NET 6 and above, Angular 12 and above, SQL, API development, authentication mechanisms and Azure cloud services will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical owner for streaming and data platform components.
- Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Mentor and guide developers on best practices, coding standards, and system design.
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Develop and maintain Spring Boot (3.1.x) microservices using Java 17.
- Design and expose RESTful APIs with proper versioning, validation, and error handling.
- Implement integrations and routing logic using Apache Camel.
- Handle high-throughput data ingestion and processing workloads.
- Design and manage Crunchy PostgreSQL with a single database, multi-tenant schema model.
- Optimize queries, indexing, and schema evolution strategies.
- Use MinIO (S3-compatible object storage) for long-term and historical data storage.
- Collaborate with frontend teams using React to support UI data needs.
- Ensure efficient API contracts and backend-for-frontend considerations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Mandatory Qualification :-
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- 12+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
- Strong experience with Angular for front-end development.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS and SQL.
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Knowledge of authentication and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Big Data technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
