Technical Lead - Frontend Developer (React JS)

ProArch is on the lookout for a talented Technical Lead - Frontend Developer specializing in React.js to drive the development of innovative web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for leading frontend development efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in coding and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable frontend architectures using React.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning within the team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality output.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and apply best practices in project workflows.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience with responsive web design principles.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
