Job Description:Join our team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF market. In this dual technical and leadership role, you will drive the development of innovative Antenna Tuner products for standards such as NR 5G, LTE-Advanced, and Wi-Fi to shape our next-generation product family. You will be an integral part of a winning team, leading hardware development from concept to mass production for Tier-1 mobile customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Projects: Direct cross-functional engineering teams in the design, development, and optimization of Antenna Tuner products for Tier-1 mobile customers.
- Customer Interfacing: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, ensuring design specifications align with stringent Tier-1 requirements and delivery schedules.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, coordinate internal resources, conduct risk assessments, and ensure on-time milestone delivery.
- Technical Guidance: Lead module debugging, impedance/aperture tuning, and optimization efforts while guiding the team through complex RF challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- 12+ years of work experience in the wireless RF industry, with a proven track record in project management or technical leadership.
- Deep domain expertise in Antenna Tuners, including hands-on experience with aperture tuning, impedance tuning, RF switches, and tunable capacitors.
- Experience interfacing directly with Tier-1 mobile/smartphone customers desired
- Demonstrated ability to lead independently, meet tight deadlines, and drive success in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 143,800.00 To USD 230,000.00
