Job Description
- Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the stow’ QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.
- Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with stow’ QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.
- You are the R&D referent for the product line
- You are contributing to the product strategy and leading its execution
- You build the R&D roadmap for your product line together with the product manager
- You always make sure that stakeholders (product manager, product expert, service expert…) are taken into account and prioritized.
- As such you are responsible to give priority to R&D contributors on your projects, but technical decisions remain in the hand of technical expert
- You are responsible for the budget and projects time line
- Lead MovuQ meetings (quality meetings) and cross functional project team
- You are responsible to coordinate redaction of product documentation
- You align closely with other R&D teams especially software offboard teams (SW tooling, warehouse control system) but also the STOW rack team and more
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Automation, mechatronics, Computer engineering or related fields.
- 3-5 years of engineering experience automation or complex systems
- Experience in software, coding or configuration of systems would be appreciated
- You will be collaborating with colleagues with very different background and expertise, so being “curious” about technology is a must
- You have a positive attitude and encourage the team to go forward
- You like to work in cross functional team
- Autonomous and team player.
- English is a must
