Technical Implementation Data Manager/SPE

PURPOSE
The Technical Implementation Data Manager is responsible for converting Options, Restricted and ESPP data for new clients into the Equitrax Employee Plans systems and ensuring that all data is verified and reconciled to clients’ satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the accurate migration of historical equity related data for new clients from legacy administration systems to the EPS systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of equity plans administration software systems such as Equity Edge, EOWin, EOS Computershare, etc.
- Work directly with the Implementation Project Manager on the data conversion.
- Coordinate efforts with applicable internal EPS departments to ensure the implementation or termination process completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Information Technology group to ensure that data received or transmitted is accurate and complete; assist with researching data discrepancies/deficiencies.
- Review all incoming data elements for completeness, and map to EPS import layouts.
- Reconcile data imports against client data; prepare and deliver control reports to the client.
- Execute client setup as it relates to the Equitrax Applications to ensure appropriate processing of client's data on an ongoing basis.
- Evaluate system capability for handling client data requirements for ongoing updates after client goes live.
- Ensure Client has a clear understanding of how our system handles each type of data provided by client or their payroll vendor on regular basis after going live.
- Clarify all mandatory and optional requirements on various templates to be used by client for data updates after going live.
- Attend all client meetings throughout the implementation process and provide all data related input.
- Plan and manage the move of client's data from staging to production environment; reconcile the data between the environments.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a role with similar functionality.
- College diploma and/or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of academic and professional experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office: Spreadsheets, Presentations, Flow Charts, Word Processing.
- Intermediate knowledge of Project Management Tools.
- Interpersonal skills to work with all internal & external clients.
- Financial Services industry experience is required.
