Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring two Technical Implementation Associates to join our +Oscar team.

About the role
+Oscar is an engagement and automation platform that enables scalable, personalized interventions and automates workflows to drive growth and retention, improve patient/member outcomes, and optimize admin operations. Built for non-technical users, payors and providers can use the tool to build omni-channel “campaigns” that deliver interventions with multiple touch points over time to drive behavior change.
As a Technical Implementation Associate, you will be a member of the +Oscar team and will be responsible for core technical tasks and functions associated with building and launching campaigns. Your work will increase speed to market on client campaigns, reduce the time it takes to build and launch campaigns, and ensure campaigns remain error-free before and after launch.
You will report to a Director, Business Solutions.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new campaign development processes while anticipating potential future use cases to ensure long-term scalability in solution design.
- Become an expert in our client and campaign data, leveraging SQL to identify trends in client populations to deliver campaigns that drive value to their business.
- Own and operate core client data pipeline — including building standardized data models, managing client data discussions, and reviewing data for accuracy.
- Execute on operational tasks, such as building, reviewing and approving drafted Campaigns, Templates, and Automation scripts to ensure they drive intended business outcomes.
- Act as the technical representative of +Oscar in relevant client calls, ensuring campaigns are scoped effectively and clients understand relevant technical capabilities.
- Aggregate and synthesize client insights and feedback to help influence Product roadmap.
- Dive into data and systems using SQL to understand trends and troubleshoot client campaign issues with the Product and Engineering team.
- Create and maintain documentation to make +Oscar operational processes sustainable and scalable.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in a cross-functional role in technology or operations, including work with product/engineering teams.
- Previous experience partnering closely with marketing, technology, or operations teams.
- You’ve demonstrated your ability to pick up technical concepts and have experience with SQL.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
