Pavement Inspection & Assessment – Plan and conduct network- and project-level pavement inspections, site verification and condition audits; assess defects and recommend appropriate rehabilitation and maintenance solutions.
Pavement Condition & Performance – Analyse PCA results and monitor pavement performance through EPI and other relevant systems to identify trends, prioritise interventions and support corrective action planning.
Technical Design – Conduct detailed assessments and develop pavement rehabilitation designs, scopes and cost estimates in accordance with approved standards and the Annual Work Programme (AWP).
Work Order & Documentation – Prepare and process Work Orders, testing requirements and supporting documentation in ROSS, and monitor approvals and project close-out, including SFA, CPC and related documentation.
Maintenance Delivery & Quality – Monitor work execution, progress and compliance, and verify completed works and material quality against approved designs, specifications and quality requirements.
Technical Issues & Emergency Response – Investigate pavement defects, emergencies, NCRs, NODs, complaints and third-party-related issues; provide technical recommendations and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Innovation & Value Engineering – Evaluate and support the adoption of new pavement maintenance methodologies, materials and technologies, including technical feasibility, optimisation, value engineering and ROI assessment.
Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination – Coordinate with Regions, Sections, contractors, government authorities and other stakeholders to resolve technical and financial issues and ensure effective delivery of maintenance works.
Planning & Budgeting – Assist in the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the Maintenance & Asset Management AOP, including repair prioritisation, cost estimation and supporting data.
Technical Reporting & Advisory – Prepare technical analyses, reports and presentations, and provide data-driven advice to support management reporting and decision-making.
