Lead the end-to-end finance function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, financial modeling, governance, compliance, and internal controls. Partner with project teams and external stakeholders on financing and consolidation matters, coordinate audits and regulatory requirements, lead the Finance team, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.

Serve as JustGO’s primary HR contact, providing strategic and operational support across workforce planning, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, employee and industrial relations, compliance, workforce analytics, and payroll coordination. Liaise with PMB HR on shared services and specialist matters. Oversee office administration, facilities, supplies, vendors, and administrative budgets to maintain an efficient and safe workplace.

Oversee and support maintenance, upgrading, toll operations, auditing, and administration for MEE, STP, and toll equipment systems in the Central Region. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, safety requirements, and service levels. Coordinate inspectors, consultants, contractors, and technical activities while providing site-based expertise and operational guidance.

Plans and conducts pavement inspections, assesses condition and performance, develops rehabilitation designs and cost estimates, and prepares work orders and technical documentation. Monitors maintenance execution, quality, compliance, and project close-out. Investigates defects, emergencies, complaints, and nonconformances; evaluates innovative materials and methodologies; coordinates contractors and stakeholders; supports budgeting and prioritization; and provides technical reports and data-driven recommendations.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains scalable mobile applications across front-end and back-end systems. Serves as a mobile development subject matter expert, translating requirements into technical solutions, developing APIs, managing databases, configuring cloud infrastructure, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Publishes applications to major app stores, performs testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, security improvements, root cause analysis, and production support. Collaborates with stakeholders and provides technical guidance, documentation, training materials, and end-user training.

The Graduate Trainee will communicate with business units, gather user requirements, assist in minor software developments, and monitor project progress while preparing documentation and reports.

Lead Oracle ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations and data migrations; configure system components; manage testing and stakeholders; provide advanced support, training, documentation, reporting, and governance to ensure ERP stability and compliance.
