Job Summary
Provide administrative and personnel management support to the engineering team.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of various ISO management systems.
Handle documentation tasks and ensure proper record-keeping.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external parties as assigned.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the engineering division.
Job Description:
1. Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for approval, and track equipment orders to ensure timely and efficient procurement. 2. Coordinate with HCOE regarding matters related to employees in the Engineering Technical Division 3.Record various data from each department within the Engineering Technical Division. 4. Prepare machine inspection documents for the process as assigned by the supervisor, to support various activities related to ISO systems, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, KAIZEN, and energy conservation. 5.Conduct safety and environmental activities within the operational area, identify and assess unsafe conditions and behaviors in the factory, implement corrective measures, and report findings to the supervisor. 6. Skills Required
- Familiarity with ISO management systems and assistance in implementation and maintenance
- Knowledge of HACCP and GHPs for supporting food safety systems
- Experience with 5S and Kaizen practices and energy conservation initiatives
- Ability to prepare and submit purchase requisitions and track equipment orders
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills for departmental data and ISO records
- Ability to conduct safety and environmental inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions
- Effective coordination and communication with HCOE, internal departments, and external parties
