Technical Documentation Engineer I Networking Solutions

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Engineer to strengthen our ambitious technical documentation team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your documentation management skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

We are an open-minded, curious, and innovation-driven company that offers every ambitious engineer on our Technical Documentation team the opportunity to develop their skills while managing production documentation and supporting clients by creating custom order codes.

In this role, you will:

• Discuss and clarify individual order details with clients, both in writing and during online meetings.
• Coordinate customer-requested changes between R&D and manufacturing engineers.
• Assist customers with device production documentation (e.g., measurements, weight, packaging materials, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation and management of product documentation for manufacturing.
• Make updates to the production documentation system.
• Prepare the instructions required for production (e.g., packaging, assembly, etc.).
• Develop, coordinate, and update internal instructions and processes.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and quickly identify relevant information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work and make decisions both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and have a collaborative mindset.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication systems and technologies

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~1837 Eur—3000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise. 

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
