Technical Director
We’re looking for a forward-thinking, detail-driven Technical Director to join our Prague Broadcast Control Center. You’ll be at the helm of high-profile live and virtual productions, collaborating with global teams and senior leaders to bring bold ideas to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical production of live and recorded events using MS Teams, video conferencing units, and global studios.
- Partner with clients from concept to execution - translating abstract ideas into compelling broadcast experiences.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Innovate and elevate - bring fresh ideas to enhance our production capabilities.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Own your projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, creativity, and flawless delivery.
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Media, Communications, Video Production, or a related field.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Solid understanding of live and recorded video production workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in live broadcast or studio production.
- Proficiency with broadcast switchers (especially Ross Video), audio mixers, routers, and Windows-based PCs.
- Experience with graphic creation and digital video streaming formats.
- A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.
