What You Will Do: 

In this Analyst role within Professional Services, you will deliver technical solutions for customer projects by applying core knowledge of system integrations, custom development, and data migrations. Collaborating with project teams and clients, you’ll address routine technical challenges, support the creation of scalable service components, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll utilize AI-assisted workflows, apply specific considerations to service delivery, and assist with system testing and troubleshooting. Your analytical approach will enable you to identify recurring issues and implement effective resolutions, ensuring reliable, high-quality outcomes that directly contribute to customer and team success. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

Service Delivery & Client Solution Support 

  • Process routine customer implementation issues using established methods to ensure service delivery aligns with project requirements. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to respond to recurring service challenges, supporting the deployment of practical solutions. 
  • Recognize patterns in customer operational requests and generate effective responses that address immediate service delivery needs. 

Technical Issue Diagnosis & Resolution 

  • Utilize diagnostic tools to examine technical incidents impacting team solutions, supporting the systematic investigation of faults. 
  • Process incident reports and create basic resolutions for routine technical issues to maintain system reliability. 
  • Support the documentation and communication of technical resolutions, sharing problem-solving knowledge with relevant team members. 

AI & Automation Efficiency Implementation 

  • Utilize AI-assisted workflows in routine service delivery, ensuring that automation solutions are applied appropriately. 
  • Examine and assess service processes to identify automation opportunities and support streamlined workflow adoption. 
  • Support the team in maintaining oversight of critical processes where automation is introduced to preserve quality outcomes. 

 

Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration 

  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with internal teams and stakeholders, supporting the delivery of tailored customer service solutions. 
  • Understand client needs by engaging in project discussions and clarifying requirements to facilitate high-quality service outcomes. 
  • Support partnership efforts by contributing to shared documentation and knowledge exchanges that reinforce client relationships. 

Technical Solution Development & Testing 

  • Build reliable technical solution components under guidance, utilizing core programming and system integration concepts. 
  • Participate in system testing activities to validate developed modules and identify improvement areas for scalable delivery. 
  • Develop functional code and basic documentation supporting the deployment of customer-specific integrations and enhancements. 

Experience You Will Need: 

  • 3+ years of experience working with data (healthcare relevance preferred) 
  • 3+ years of experience working with EHRs/EMRs preferred 
  • Familiarity with the HL7 standard strongly recommended 
  • Familiarity with a variety of database types and interfaces (Microsoft Access, Oracle, various text forms, ODBC, OLE DB) including high technical proficiency with Microsoft SQL server creating and editing complex queries and T-SQL scripts 
  • Experience with SSIS preferred 
  • Current Epic Bridges certification is desirable 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field. Equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience may meet this requirement. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Establish strong relations with co-workers and clients and provide exemplary customer service by understanding and resolving issues quickly to support tailored service solutions and participate in quality service delivery. 
  • Occasional weekend/evening hours required to support client go-live activities 
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize established technical methods to process service delivery issues and develop practical solutions for routine customer implementation challenges. 
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI-assisted solutions and automation tools to create efficiencies and support streamlined workflows in service delivery contexts. 
  • Ability to apply core technical knowledge to build reliable code modules, participate in system testing, and support the creation of scalable service delivery components.  
  • Develop, test, and execute data conversion including extracting healthcare data from various EHR systems, performing transformations upon the data, and importing it into target EHRs (Epic, MEDITECH, Cerner, Allscripts) 
  • Analyze healthcare data in HL7, CDA, CSV, and SQL formats for extraction, transformation, and import 
  • Participate in meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, identify data conversion needs, provide ongoing updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction 
  • Provide quality assurance on data conversion work; verify data integrity and identify data cleanliness issues and reconcile converted data to ensure accuracy 
  • Develop and update technical and business process documentation for data conversion (internal and customer-facing) 
  • Work and manage support tickets independently
