Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Admin) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, Korea, Taiwan, Pakistan and Australia/New Zealand.
We are expanding our sales-team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries.

Job Description- Part identification to support Spare part business for Legacy equipment
- Support on Part clarification with COCs / ESCs
- Support on PLC software programming for Legacy equipment
- Design of machine Modernization and upgrading projects (CAD, BOMs, Components research etc.) based on Market requirement for Legacy equipment
- Prepare Modernization quotations to support Area Sales Manager Modernization business
- Maintain documentation (modernization BOMs, installed machine BOMs, user manuals, internal technical document etc.)
- Define economical recommendation / alternative solution for obsolete parts.
- Customer visits are sometimes required to assist Area Sales Managers in negotiation with customers and present solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, Pharma field service engineering, or operations within a Pharma manufacturing or service environment
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM; experience with SAP is preferred
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
