Act as the financial partner to the CDO and Digital Technology Leadership Team: own financial steering of major initiatives, monitor costs, support budgeting and forecasting, drive efficiency measures, and provide strategic financial guidance and transparency.

Provide customer-facing aftersales support for packaging machinery: assess enquiries, prepare technical and commercial quotations, manage spare parts orders and BOMs, schedule surveys and installations, support remote diagnostics, and liaise with engineering, purchasing and field teams to minimise downtime.

Lead a small accounting team to manage GL, advanced balance sheet reconciliations (intercompany, fixed assets), ensure IFRS compliance, drive month/quarter/year closings, maintain audit-ready documentation, support audits, monitor internal controls, resolve complex accounting issues, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Travel ~20% and require a driving license/vehicle.

The Automation Engineer coordinates project requirements, develops software for machines, validates software, and prepares documentation for compliance in pharmaceutical environments.

Design, develop, and integrate HMI/SCADA visualization for production lines, build and maintain SQL databases, ensure network and Windows integration, run functional tests and root-cause analysis, support on-site commissioning, and produce technical documentation while collaborating with automation, electrical, and IT teams.

Lead APAC business development for life-science solutions: create market concepts and product/solution ideas, grow markets via distributors/dealers, manage and lead distributor relationships, support marketing, and drive results through leadership, communication, and strategic direction.
