This varied and challenging role combines technical problem-solving, international collaboration, and hands-on activities. You will work closely with colleagues from our global sales and service network and continuously gain new technical experiences.
Job Description- Handling technical and application-related inquiries via email, CRM system, and chat
- Analyzing technical issues and providing support in developing suitable solutions
- Close collaboration with our global sales and service network
- Handling internal quality reports as a quality reviewer – from technical assessment to initiating the necessary corrective actions
- Planning, conducting, and following up on training sessions and workshops for service technicians
- Careful preparation and review of service documentation
- Occasional international travel to provide technical support to our sales and service organizations as well as our customers
- Completed technical or scientific education (e.g. technical college/HTL)
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset, ideally with experience in customer service
- Hands-on skills and a good technical understanding
- Basic understanding of industrial automation technology and the interaction of technical systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit and a cooperative, constructive approach to work
- Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (up to 5%)

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
