Deine Aufgaben
- Aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Datenplattform-Architektur im Einklang mit den Geschäftszielen und der IT-Strategie
- Weiterentwicklung zentraler Plattformfunktionen, die mit den Geschäftsanforderungen wachsen und nachhaltigen Mehrwert schaffen
- Evaluierung und Einführung moderner Tools und Technologien für ein leistungsfähiges Datenplattform-Ökosystem
- Transparente Dokumentation von Architekturkomponenten, Schnittstellen und der gesamten Datenlandschaft als Grundlage für erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit
- Einbringen von Know-how und technische Beratung von Teams sowie Projekten rund um Datenplattform-Themen
- Vertretung von Architekturstandards und Datenprinzipien in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten mit Raum für eigene Impulse
- Sicherstellung, dass Lösungsdesigns im Einklang mit Architekturrichtlinien und Data-Governance-Prinzipien stehen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Architekt_innen, Delivery Manager_innen und Partner_innen bei Implementierung und Deployment
- Förderung von Innovation, Best Practices und neuen Technologien im Datenplattform-Bereich zur aktiven Mitgestaltung der digitalen Zukunft
Wonach wir suchen
- Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich – HTL/FH/TU
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Datenarchitektur, Plattform-Engineering oder Enterprise-IT-Architektur
- Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Datenplattformen (z. B. Databricks), Cloud-Architekturen (z. B. Azure, AWS, GCP) und Datenintegrationsmuster
- Grundlegendes Verständnis in den Bereichen Data Governance, Datenmodellierung und Metadatenmanagement
- Erfahrung mit Tools und Technologien wie Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT-Pipelines und Orchestrierungsframeworks
- Kenntnisse im Aufbau und in der Leitung virtueller Organisationen oder Communities
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Arbeitsweisen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt beginnt auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) bei € 4.355 brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung vorhanden!

Skills Required
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical field; HTL, FH, or TU qualification
- Several years of experience in data architecture, platform engineering, or enterprise IT architecture
- Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, such as Databricks
- Knowledge of cloud architectures, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of data integration patterns
- Basic understanding of data governance, data modeling, and metadata management
- Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and orchestration frameworks
