The job holder is responsible for working with Technical Manager to ensure that effective coordination is carried out for timely equipment’s installation and maintenance to achieve their optimum utilization.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Standards and Management
- Preparation of reports required for the managements
- Proper filing of documents in respective file
- Coordiantion with various departments to get material in time
- Coordinate with Technicians to ensure resolution of problems
- Coordinate to ensure equipments and rides are installed in timely manner and SOP is prepared for Operation s team.
- Coordinate to ensure preventive maintenance of the equipments are carried out in timely manner.
- Coordinate to ensure break down calls are attended in timely manner by proper utilization of manpower.
- Coordinate to ensure certification of equipments are carried as required by the law
- Coordinate to ensure calibration of measuring devices is carried out in timely manner.
