Our users automate service unsubscriptions to save people money, and they collect billions of rows of data from all over the world for AI training, protection of consumers, or finding lost children. We give AI chatbots the context to interact intelligently, and we’re developing novel ways to work with generative AI like ChatGPT.

To support our mission, we’re looking for highly motivated medior Technical Consultants to oversee enterprise-level projects and work closely with our customers. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for contract renewals and upsells, ensuring delivery of a quality service and keeping your clients satisfied. And don’t worry - you won’t be on your own. Each Pod (made up of three engineers and one consultant) plus your fellow TCs will always have your back.

Please note: We are currently hiring only full-time candidates based in the Czech Republic.

• An existing customer has a new use case → work with your Pod to draft specs and get it estimated

• Customer loves the solution → prepare the order form & SLA, and check team capacity

• Customer signs the order form → plan the work with your Pod and kick it off

• Oversee development, share interim results, and collect feedback

• Keep an eye out for scope creep disguised as feedback

• Deploy the solution on the customer’s account and start user testing

• Wrap up testing, hand over the solution successfully

• When monitoring alerts indicate that the solution started failing → inspect the issue, create a GitHub ticket if needed, and assign an engineer

• Plus: meetings, presentations, workshops, “eat & learn” sessions.

• And most importantly: you’ll have fun

• Have experience managing medium/large IT projects (pre-sales, planning, delivery, handover)

• Have experience with service management (maintenance & support)

• Bring a strong technical background and understand how the web works

• Have exceptional critical thinking skills

• Are execution-driven (sometimes it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission)

• Are passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology

• Have led technical or non-technical teams

• Have experience planning & managing team capacities

• Have some knowledge of risk management
