Your Role as a Technical Consultant

In short:
The Technical Consultant is dedicated to safeguarding client infrastructures against sophisticated cyber threats. Through expert application of technologies such as Splunk, Carbon Black, NDR, and Sentinel, consultants play a critical role in developing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions that protect and enhance our clients' resilience against cyber incidents.
Medior Technical Consultants are expected to manage projects with greater independence, demonstrating their growing expertise by addressing challenges proactively and contributing significantly to client engagements.
This level marks a shift towards more substantial contributions and leadership in project settings.

This is You
A great Technical Consultant is someone who:
- Independently manage small to medium projects with oversight;
- Proactively identify and address project challenges;
- Contribute to client reports and presentations with minimal supervision.
You will need to have:
- Proficient in one or multiple MXDR technologies;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data;
- Effective project management and communication skills.
- Holder of at least one industry-recognized certification (CISM, Splunk Certified Admin, relevant MS certificates, CompTIA).
