The Technical Consultant L2 plays a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions by participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The role works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and customer-focused product features while continuously improving technical skills and adopting new technologies.

- Develop and deliver product enhancements within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and engineering teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Perform unit testing, automation testing, and code reviews prior to release.
- Manage code promotion and deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and support product releases.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge, engineering practices, and product expertise.
- Contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of software development experience using Java, .NET, Python, or related technologies.
- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience with MERN stack technologies and RESTful web services.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift/OKD, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or OpsGenie.
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing, automation testing, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, authentication, and modern software development methodologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with GraphQL, Web Security, WebSocket, AI Integration, or Micro Frontend architecture is an advantage.
