Join Objective's Information Intelligence team and work on complex, enterprise-scale software implementations that help government customers manage information securely, efficiently and with confidence.

As a Technical Consultant, you'll combine your technical expertise with customer-facing consulting, delivering high-impact solutions across cloud migrations, integrations and enterprise software implementations. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to solve real technical challenges while working alongside an experienced and collaborative consulting team.

What youll be doing:

    • Deliver technical implementations, upgrades, migrations and integrations for enterprise software projects.
    • Configure and deploy Objective solutions to meet customer requirements.
    • Build and support API integrations and data migrations across customer environments.
    • Work closely with customers and project teams through testing, UAT and Go Live.
    • Troubleshoot, optimise and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful customer outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Contribute to best practices and continuously improve the way we deliver for our customers.

About you

    You'll enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with customers and seeing your solutions make a real impact.

    Ideally you'll have:

    • Experience implementing enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
    • Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (SQL Server or Oracle).
    • Experience with Java, .NET or C/C++.
    • Exposure to Windows Server environments (Unix/Linux experience is advantageous).
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • A proactive, customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
    • Experience working with government customers or enterprise content management solutions will be highly regarded.
