Role Overview

The Technical Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s gaming platforms, products, systems and suppliers comply with applicable technical and regulatory requirements across regulated jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical compliance requirements across regulated markets.
  • Coordinate platform, game and system certifications.
  • Manage relationships with approved testing laboratories.
  • Support regulatory audits and technical inspections.
  • Review system and product changes from a compliance perspective.
  • Support new market launches and regulatory approvals.
  • Conduct supplier and third-party technical assessments.
  • Lead technical compliance projects and certification initiatives.
  • Maintain technical compliance documentation and records.
  • Act as liaison with regulators, laboratories and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience with regulated markets and technical compliance requirements.
  • Experience with technical certifications and testing processes.
  • Experience supporting regulatory audits and market launches.
  • Experience with Automation & AI, and Atlassian
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is considered an asset.


Regulatory Experience

  • Experience with jurisdictions in Europe, US, Ontario, Latam America, NZ and Africa

Desirable Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2
  • Agile Project Management
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • CISA
  • CISM
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
  • ITIL Foundation

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with testing laboratories including GLI, eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs,
  • QUINEL and iTech Labs.
