Job DescriptionAbout the role
Do you enjoy working with systems, data, and digital tools – and making processes smarter and more efficient?
In this role, you will take ownership of key parts of a global system that supports product compliance and business processes. Around 50% of your work will focus on managing and improving our digital tools landscape (e.g. PowerBI, M365, automation, AI use cases).
The other part connects this work with technical product compliance and governance topics. You will help run and continuously improve our technical Compliance Management System (tCMS) by combining governance expertise with digitalization and analytics.
You don’t need to be a compliance expert or a lawyer – we will train you. What matters most is your technical mindset, curiosity, and drive to improve systems and processes.
Key tasks are:
Digitalization & Tools (approx. 50%)
- Act as key user and administrator for our Compliance tools landscape (e.g. Compliance Advise Tool, PowerBI, M365, SharePoint)
- Develop and improve dashboards, reporting, and data structures
- Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities (e.g. workflow optimization, reporting automation, data insights)
- Ensure tools are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with business needs
- Support users globally and continuously improve tool adoption
Technical Compliance Management System
- Maintain and further develop KPI frameworks and dashboards
- Translate data into transparent and management-ready insights
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Support and improve processes related to product compliance and internal standards. Ensure alignment with relevant frameworks (e.g., ISO 37301 / IDW PS 980)
- Contribute to maintaining guidelines, structures, and documentation
- Help ensure consistency and effectiveness of the system
- Support risk identification, assessment, and reporting processes; provide guidance and trainings
- Contribute to structured and transparent risk data handling
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders
Projects
- Support implementation of new tools, processes, and improvements
- Contribute to global initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Digitalization & AI: Identify, pilot, and implement AI/automation opportunities (e.g., smarter control testing support, evidence/document handling, risk insights, reporting automation, workflow optimization) in a compliant and secure way
Your profile
- Background: Degree in engineering, IT, data analytics, business engineering; Law, or a comparable technical/business field with strong interest in compliance, governance and analytics
- Mindset: Strong interest in systems, tools, and data-driven process improvement
- Digital skills: Experience with data analytics, dashboarding (e.g. PowerBI), and M365 tools; affinity for automation and AI use cases
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant working experience in areas such as systems administration, data analysis, process improvement, project work, or similar
- Nice to have: Exposure to compliance, quality, risk, or governance topics (not required)
- Languages: Very good English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Working style: Structured, reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented; comfortable working in a global and cross-functional environment; eager to learn
