Lead global technical support, development and maintenance for SAP MM/WM/eWM. Act as interface between users and consultants, manage system changes, SAP configuration, integrations, and external AMS/consultancy resources.

Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager including calendar and meeting management, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating communication across departments, tracking projects and performance metrics, handling confidential information, and supporting audits, reviews, and events.

Manage Alabama and Tennessee territory to grow industrial product sales through authorized distributors and end-users. Prospect new accounts, train distributors and customers, inspect conveyor/plant equipment, promote engineered products and services, attend trade shows, use CRM and sales tools, and travel extensively (about 50% with overnight stays) to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Manage sales operations for Power Transmission/Fluid Handling customers including quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes, customer dialogues, master data, contract administration, and CRM/process harmonization to drive customer centricity and quality standards.

Manage and standardize product master data and PIM systems, enforce data governance and quality, integrate data into IT landscape, support marketing and global alignment, and lead product-data projects.

Implement, configure, and enhance SAP S/4HANA SD order management. Execute data backfill/migration, analyze and optimize O2C workflows, create documentation and test cases, perform testing and UAT, troubleshoot issues, support end-users, and participate in upgrades while ensuring data quality and compliance.

Lead ContiTech's defense-focused business development: coordinate market intelligence, conduct competitor benchmarking, act as internal defense key account manager, manage strategic partnerships, drive market entry strategies for BA IEMEA, and build stakeholder relationships across the defense ecosystem.

Organize and execute belt testing on assigned test benches, manage personnel and customer contact, document and present results, develop and assess test methods, support bench infrastructure, perform maintenance and calibration, participate in cost reduction and safety improvements.

Oversee and coordinate international trade traffic and logistics to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, implement logistics best practices, control logistics costs, and support departments to meet on-time delivery objectives.

Implement and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, integrate SAC with Datasphere/BW data sources and S/4HANA, design dashboards and planning applications, support go-live and post-go-live, manage vendor resources, and ensure alignment to master data and ContiTech planning processes.
