Lead IT implementation and operations for Quality applications (SAP QM or Salesforce). Manage projects (Agile/Waterfall), coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure IT governance and compliance, optimize application performance and availability, and build stakeholder relationships to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality solutions.

Support product and process industrialization tasks: prepare sample shipments and PPAP packages, assist with profile measurements and validations, create PPAP documentation and Minitab analyses, update SAP (BOMs, routings, production versions), and help create/update work instructions.

Define, analyze, and optimize conveyor belt solutions for APAC industrial applications. Act as technical interface between customers, sales, and global engineering to translate requirements into data-driven designs, support segment strategies, and own technical decisions impacting performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.

Lead and coordinate product and process industrialization to ensure successful launches and optimization. Plan investments and tooling, assess plant readiness, drive continuous improvement (CBS/Lean), manage cross-functional projects, develop team capabilities, and meet budget, quality, and production targets.

Support pricing and commercial activities: respond to price requests, analyze product/competitive data, monitor margins and SAP accuracy, build analytical pricing tools, partner with Sales/Customer Service and Marketing, and support KPI and business reviews.

Ensure stable, SLA-compliant SAP application operations by executing ITSM processes (incident/problem/change), monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvements and automation, managing AMS providers, supporting audit/compliance, documenting processes, and contributing to global IT service governance.

Perform data extraction, manipulation and analysis to support Sales teams. Ensure data accuracy and completeness, record technical identifiers, manage reporting/submission processes, and communicate with internal customers.

Perform laboratory support and routine testing of gum solutions, collect and test raw material samples, verify inventories, update labels and enter data into internal databases while collaborating with international colleagues on non-conforming results.

Manage regional purchasing activities: negotiate contracts, create savings and synergies, secure deliveries, drive improvement processes, liaise with suppliers and internal teams (SCM, SD, R&D, Quality), and support market intelligence for global lead buyers.

Support local HR with recruitment (resume screening, interview scheduling, interviewing), onboarding, career fairs, and employee engagement events. Create and schedule internal communications content, monitor KPIs, assist HR data analytics, benchmark best practices, and contribute to office projects and meetings at the Fairlawn site.

Lead regional purchasing activities: negotiate contracts, secure deliveries, manage suppliers, identify savings and synergies, drive improvements, and coordinate with SCM, SD, R&D and Quality. Support market communication and provide trend/background information to global lead buyers.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scalable data models for global purchasing. Advise stakeholders on KPIs and self-service analytics, optimize BI platform and data pipelines, manage integration projects, ensure compliance, and provide training and support to enable data-driven decision-making.

Own and improve the global technical Compliance Management System and tools (Power BI, M365, SharePoint). Develop dashboards, reports, automation and AI use cases, support users, maintain KPI frameworks, translate data into management-ready insights, support risk assessment and governance, and contribute to global digitalization projects.

Operate and monitor vulcanizing equipment to cure rubber components, prepare molds and materials, ensure process parameters (temperature, pressure, time) are met, inspect finished parts for quality, perform basic maintenance, and follow safety and production procedures.

Coordinate product industrialization and continuous improvement (Continental Business System) activities at the plant. Manage material, machine and process change projects; update specifications, TDS, FMEAs, control plans and work instructions; run trials and product testing; lead CBS workshops, training and improvement events; maintain CBS project database and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

Lead and coordinate daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material movement. Supervise two shipping/receiving employees, operate forklifts, maintain inventory accuracy, process shipments, schedule carriers, resolve discrepancies, enforce safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement and HR-related performance activities.

Lead analysis, optimization, and administration of EDI operations and workflows. Manage EDI system configuration, data mapping, integrations, and incident/change processes. Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners, support SAP EDI rollouts, deliver process standardization, training, and documentation, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance, security, and performance monitoring.

Process and audit expense reports, administer corporate credit cards, reconcile accounts, support KPI and month-end accrual reporting, maintain process documentation, respond to employee inquiries, and recommend process improvements.

Perform day-to-day master data operations including account creation/modification, data cleansing/harmonization, compliance checks, escalation handling, and support for mass updates, process improvements, and technology-enabled automation. Collaborate with stakeholders and Team Lead to meet KPIs, train on multiple data objects, and support audits and transition projects.

Provide consultancy to business teams on intralogistics and SCM, define standards, design and optimize SAP processes across ContiTech, drive technical enhancements and global projects, ensure consistent SAP utilization, share best practices and scalable solutions.
