Support site EHS programs in a manufacturing environment by conducting inspections, incident investigations, environmental compliance, audits, training, emergency response, and metric tracking to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead and execute the EMEA rail sales strategy, drive growth and profitability, manage key OEM and end-user accounts, align cross-functional support, monitor forecasts and performance, coach the sales team, and maintain senior customer relationships and escalations.

Promote engineered products via distributor network, train customers, inspect conveyor and plant equipment, attend trade shows, use CRM and sales tools to achieve revenue and profitability targets, and travel overnight ~50% of the time.

Provide EMEA-wide data protection legal advice and support: develop group-wide data compliance standards, review RoPA and DPAs, advise on cross-border transfers, handle incidents and audits, deliver training, monitor laws, and support related projects and digitization.

Develop and manage surface designs (colors, grains, prints) for automotive and LivTec customers in the Americas. Lead design projects through the product life cycle, present designs to customers and suppliers, track trials and approvals, support strategic customer acquisition, and perform market/trend research. Collaborate cross-functionally and report status to stakeholders. Travel to suppliers, shows, and customers as needed.

Support quality investigations, data collection and analysis, SPC activities, CAPA, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment while assisting cross-functional teams and product testing.

Manage pricing and cost for existing business and new launches; build and maintain a global price calculation tool; conduct competitive pricing and margin analyses; track quotes, product cost developments and impacts of cost/price changes; collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Marketing to define and implement pricing strategies, frameworks, and price list concepts.

Lead governance and performance management for global HR BPO vendors, monitor SLAs/KPIs, run governance meetings and escalations, drive continuous improvement, support contract compliance, audits, risk mitigation, reporting, and HR outsourcing/transformation projects.

Process supplier invoices using Tangro and SAP, perform 2- and 3-way matching, route and request approvals, reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice/payment discrepancies, prepare monthly accruals, and meet SLAs and KPIs.

Lead supplier escalation, development, and improvement programs for serial production suppliers across WW and APAC. Coordinate with Purchasing, R&D, Project Management, Plant Quality and Supply Chain to manage supplier complaints, drive escalation processes, deliver technical support, and train SQA teams to improve supplier performance and compliance.

Lead new product launches in production by planning and supervising trial batches, ensuring product quality, updating production specifications, flow charts, control plans and work instructions, executing start-up and run@rate for pre-series/series handover, maintaining process FMEA, and supporting customer releases (PPAP) and initial sample testing.

Manage new product introductions and provide production/process engineering support for rubber/plastic products. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize processes to reduce cost and improve yield, run lab and factory trials, maintain quality systems (ISO 9001), support equipment design, and coordinate cross-functional activities with manufacturing, quality, and customers.

Coordinate and monitor service and production schedules, mobilize personnel to worksites, support supervisors, prepare planning spreadsheets and reports, manage maintenance and shutdown schedules, track performance for billing, and maintain invoicing documentation.
