Your daily routine would include:

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• You have a solid background in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Skilled in analyzing requirements and turning them into real solutions.
• Comfortable in agile teams and experienced in Software implementation projects.
• A problem-solver who explains complex topics in a clear way.
• Team player with a learning mindset, staying calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English; other A1 Group languages are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with digital self-service platforms, including web, mobile, chatbot, or voicebot solutions.
• Understanding of customer-facing digital products and journeys.
• Familiarity with automation or AI-driven customer service solutions.
• German language skills for direct interactions with business departments.
