Your work will translate complex data into actionable insights that support operational reliability, compliance, and contractor onboarding.

What you'll do:

  • Lead governance, tracking, and reporting activities across multiple operational and compliance domains, maintaining high-quality, audit-ready data that supports Cyber, Compliance, and Audit functions.
  • Design and maintain structured reporting routines and standardized dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making for leadership and partner teams.
  • Serve as a central liaison across security, infrastructure, delivery, risk, Product, Professional Services, and vendor teams to align priorities, clarify requirements, and drive strong cross-functional execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor representatives involved in contractor onboarding, managing intake and submission of equipment provisioning requests and maintaining accurate foreign and domestic asset tracking.
  • Ensure timely equipment retrieval and uphold precise, compliant asset management practices across all contractor engagements.
  • Support the mentoring and day-to-day coordination of a Business Analyst, including daily reporting management, capacity planning, and assignment of additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Deliver end-to-end project management for complex, cross-functional initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle, facilitating planning, execution, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and value realization in alignment with business objectives.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in a technology or business-focused environment performing data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder support.
  • 4+ years of experience leading or supporting projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • 3+ years of experience working with compliance, cybersecurity, or audit processes to support governance and controls in risk-sensitive environments.
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating with vendors or third-party partners, including onboarding and asset or equipment management activities.
  • Proficiency using reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools to develop reports, dashboards, and insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, interpret, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience within the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment requiring strict compliance and governance standards.
  • Experience designing dashboards and analytics solutions adopted by senior or executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting contractor onboarding processes and tools in a global or multi-location environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure, security, and delivery teams.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
