What You'll Bring:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification, documentation and agreement of scope and functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure that requirements are prioritised and traceable through delivery and testing as fit for purpose and delivering the defined benefit.
- Ensure that technical documentation is created to support: As Is discovery, solution design and solution implementation.
- As Is and To Be landscape and process mapping.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Engineers and Test Engineers to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards and governance gateways.
- Benefits identification and management.
- Engage as a member of the core team of analysts to define and continually improve working practice.

Skills & Experience:
- Ability to both think and plan at a strategic, big picture level as well as in the detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels using appropriate mediums.
- Strong requirements management skills.
- Robust experience of process mapping and design.
- Demonstratable experience as a Business Analyst of technology focused projects.
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies and software development practices.
For positions based in South Africa, preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups in line with the company's Employment Equity plan and targets.

Please note it is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
Please note that being a credit bureau, some positions require a clear credit record.
