Role Purpose
The Business Analyst is responsible for
identifying business needs, analysing processes, and delivering data-driven and
technology-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency and business
value. The role acts as a critical bridge between stakeholders, business users,
and technology teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives

- Functional Specifications

- Test Cases and UAT Sign-off
- Stakeholder Reports and Dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information
Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8–15 years’ experience in business
analysis (depending on level)
- Proven track record of delivering
successful projects
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Write a bit of SQL (Mandatory)
- Translator between functional and
technical
- Automotive industry (Advantageous)
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8-15 years' experience in business analysis
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Advanced mastery in Business Process Analysis Tools
