About this opportunity:
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Technical Authority Expert. This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.
What you will do:
4-6 years of relevant Citrix administration experience working in a medium to large complex highly process oriented global IT infra environment.
Citrix Studio and Citrix Director console
Citrix XenApp
CVAD upgrades for VDA and Citrix Core components
Citrix Storefront and Delivery services
Citrix WEM Infra and console
Citrix Session Recording and policies
Citrix MCS provisioning
User based issue and session related issues and logon process
Delivery Controller and its services
Regular VA Mitigation and Patching
VMWare and Windows 2022 OS basic troubleshooting
Citrix Applications Publishing
Golden images and machine catalogue upgrades
Citrix Hosting Resources and configuration
Citrix License and management console
Citrix Profile Management
Citrix Policies and configuration
BMC Ticketing tool
VDA Unregistered and VDA related issues.
DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
Citrix NetScaler ADC Gateway
The skills you bring:
Prioritize major incidents based on business impact to the client
Adopt the given technology to meet the drift of customer and business requirements.
Analyse and research options for collaborates with exiting external systems
Provide and receive technical direction as required to ensure deliverable deadlines are met
Monitor systems performance and ensures compliance with security standards
