About this opportunity:
Enterprise Applications team is now looking for skilled professionals to support and manage critical enterprise systems in a 24×7 production environment. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, deployments, and ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA compliance across complex application stacks. What you will do:
Application L2 Production support Including but not limited to:
- Monitoring of the production system & ensuring its performance and stability
- Action on issues reported by L1/monitoring teams. Coordination with L3/vendor team for restoration of any faults
- Trouble Tickets resolution - Resolve day to day customer issues
- Coordination with IT/network teams to resolve any operational or functional issues
- Responsible for answering adhoc requests from various teams
- Analyze the Logs and try resolving the issues, escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
- Analyse and Automate Healthchecks, Performance metrics related data extraction etc
- Deploy CRs on production environments and ensure smooth system performance
- Folow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and change management
- Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets
- Proactive competence development of self in new solution areas & certifications
- Provide an effective 360-degree feedback on the ailing elements in the current solution and co-ordinate with Design team/L3/ Vendor to fix them
The skills you bring:
Must Haves:
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting enterprise SOAP/REST API-based applications running on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
- Proficient in HPSM ticket management and production monitoring using Grafana, AppDynamics, and Nagios.
- Proficient in Kibana/grey-log analysis for API transaction tracing, exception analysis, production incident investigation, application defect, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues, support application deployments, and ensure stable and reliable service delivery.
Good to have:
- Understanding of an APK Support (versed with supporting a hand-held Tablet based application) for both android and apple devices.
- Basic understanding of telecom domain and other integrated applications like Billing Systems, EAI/ Messaging platforms, Payment gateway etc.
- Knowledge of deployment and maintenance of web-based applications
- Strong knowledge of Linux command-line environment
- Experience in web application development and support
- Good knowledge of J2EE, EJB, Servlets, Design Patterns, Spring
- Strong learning and time management skills
- Team player capable of working independently
- Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment
- Good communication skills

Skills Required
