THE ROLE
Key responsibilities
The Technical Assurance Lead is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will ensure the successful delivery of secure, reliable, and consistent IT services to a local authority client with approximately 3000 staff members.
Specific duties
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following: 

• Supporting the development of technical roadmaps
• Managing infrastructure
• Designing solutions to meet client needs
• Overseeing project delivery
• Mentoring junior team members

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results while embracing change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
The Ideal Candidate 

• At least 5 years in a similar role
• Experience with Azure Services, VMware ESX 7.x, and Microsoft 365 Services
• Knowledge of hardware such as SAN switches and storage provisioning (EMC and HP), Fibre Channel switches, and Windows 10 and 11 deployment/management
• Experience with security and vulnerability management
• Strong decision-making skills with a focus on IT security
