Technical Artist (Japan)

・Act as a bridge between the Art and Programming teams

・Research and develop technical tools

・Build workflows for art production and integration into the engine

・Support validation and optimization of art assets

・Resolve issues during art asset integration and ensure the highest visual quality

・Create and maintain technical documentation related to art workflows and tools

・Over 2 years of professional experience with the Unity 3D engine

・Basic knowledge of Unity scene management, prefab setup, Shuriken (particle system), lighting, and materials

・Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling/animation software such as Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender, Houdini, or Cinema 4D

・Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools

・Deep understanding of 2D/3D animation, compositing, and color theory

・Ability to communicate in English and Japanese

・Experience in development using C#, Python, MEL scripting, or Unity editor tools

Shader programming using HLSL, CG, or ShaderLab

・Experience with Unity Shader Graph and VFX Graph

・Knowledge of 2D/3D rigging, animation, and compositing

・Understanding of traditional animation principles

・Experience with performance profiling and use of tools such as Unity Frame Debugger or Xcode Metal Debugger

・Experience in VFX, motion graphics, photography, or video editing

・Strong problem-solving and communication skills

・Sharp observational and attentional abilities to understand artistic vision in detail

・Capable of cross-functional collaboration across teams
