We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Node.js and modern distributed application architecture to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 9–15 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for defining technology strategies, designing robust system architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Lead architectural discussions and provide technical direction for large-scale software development initiatives.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and highly available solutions using Node.js and related technologies.
  • Define application architecture, integration patterns, microservices architecture, API strategies, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development best practices.
  • Review system designs, code quality, performance metrics, and security compliance across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Drive technical decision-making, technology selection, and architectural governance.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies for applications and infrastructure.
  • Mentor senior developers and engineering teams on architecture principles, design patterns, and technical excellence.
  • Support solution estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and project execution.
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that improve product capabilities and engineering efficiency.
Required SkillsMust-Have Skills
  • Strong expertise in Technical Architecture for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js and backend application development.
  • Deep understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and distributed systems.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in system integration, application security, scalability, and high-availability solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Knowledge of messaging systems, caching solutions, and distributed data processing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9–15 years of software development experience with significant exposure to architecture and technical leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
