Technical Architect - (BY TMS, SQL, Java/ Python)

Scope:

• Core responsibilities of implementation and possess strong technical knowledge in TMS solution to understand how the Blue Yonder solution can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes
• Look at various angles of a Problem to identify the root cause to solve a Variety of problems. Promotes the same outlook in the Team. 
• Volunteers for new challenges and eager to learn and challenge himself for new tasks as well build a network outside the immediate Team and encourage an atmosphere where team can thrive

What you’ll do:

• Serves as a technical owner and attends, contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users and 3rd party vendors/partner, up to and including key executive project sponsors
• Ensure and plays an anchor role in all technical related decisions around the product/projects using TMS APIs for inbound and outbound communication.
• Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements or with even bespoke 3rd party players on integration perspective.
• Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
• Work with Support Services team /adapts to service delivery model to make Customer Stable during project phases,  post go-live and venture towards value realization.
• Conducts technical analysis sessions complimenting the functional scope with clients and/or the project team to understand the Technical needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs. 
• Provide variety of Technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, Performance and scalability of technical design ,environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.   
• Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
• Should have exposure to cloud technologies, micro services and SOAP/REST/JSON usage related to integration and can work with ease or should be open to upskill to technology trends.
• Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.

What we are looking for:

• 12+ Years of Supply chain Technology exposure. Experience can be lesser if knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS has been acquired in previous Implementation projects.
• Masters/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Expertise in Integration of Supply Chain Products, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing and Performance engineering.
• Strong Supply Chain domain experience
• Data Science, Agile, Azure, AI/ML is a plus
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Windows/Unix commands Development, Debugging & Trouble shooting exposure and Knowledge.
• Exposure to Mule soft,Python and Azure (Certification) is a plus
• Hands-on Experience on Integrating Blue Yonder TMS product (preferably BY/i2 TMS) with upstream and downstream systems.
• Knowledge on interfaces between TMS and ERP/Host, WMS.
• Knowledgeable on Blue Yonder ABPP is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Parcel Handling, INTTRA Integration or other visibility /rate ware tools related integration are preferred.
• Should work with ease leveraging Job Server Capabilities (SQL) and able to work on TMS APIs
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
• Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
• Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized functional questions
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various functional platforms and infrastructures.
• Travel readiness based on business needs.
