Position Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem‑solving and learning new technology. As a Technical Analyst, you’ll help healthcare organizations use Netsmart’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems more effectively by supporting configurations, troubleshooting issues, and working alongside experienced team members to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Technical Solution Delivery

  • Implement technically focused solutions for Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the CareFabric architecture.
  • Set up new functionality or diagnose and fix problems within client environments.
  • Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple Care Records/modules.

Systems Integration & Data Exchange

  • Establish connectivity and data mapping between Netsmart EHRs and 3rd‑party systems.
  • Support accurate and reliable data exchange workflows and interface operations.

Client Support & Collaboration

  • Participate in client meetings to gather information, provide updates, and support issue resolution
  • Partner with team members to help clients understand system functionality and best practices
  • Assist in delivering training or guidance to clients on system workflows and troubleshooting

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and system performance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar.
  • Equivalent 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree
  • Build collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associate's clients.
  • Prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Solves problems and troubleshooting.

Preferred

  • Internship in a business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical setting.

Expectations

  • Potential travel 20% of the time as needed.
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside traditional office hours to support clients across multiple time zones.
