About The Opportunity
Richmond’s local ITS Automation Engineering team has an immediate opening for an Intermediate/Senior Technical Analyst. Recently, the local Automation Engineering team became part of National IT Local Support Services (LSS). The establishment of LSS was a result of a Systemwide initiative to streamline and evolve End User Support (EUS) functions across Reserve Banks by adopting common operational processes and performance standards.
In this role, you will operate as part of a team to identify, design, and implement automated solutions that improve LSS-EUS processes to drive operational efficiency.
What You Will Do:
Power Platform
-
Develop flows and automation with Power Automate to increase efficiency and effectiveness
-
Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions to streamline workflows
-
Integrate Power BI dashboards for real-time business intelligence
-
Gather feedback and iterate on deployed solutions
-
Scale successful solutions
-
Document case studies and success stories
Scrum (Agile Framework)
-
Apply Agile methodologies to projects/initiatives within scope.

Hold regular Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
-
Implement Scrum tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
-
Scale Scrum to more projects
-
Measure team performance and adapt Scrum practices as needed

Conduct a Scrum audit and address any challenges
ServiceNow Development
-
Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications
-
Consult with IT service partners to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
-
Optimize existing ServiceNow workflows
-
Gather user feedback and make iterative improvements
-
Expand ServiceNow functionalities across functional areas.

Document development practices and share knowledge across the team
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-
3+ years of relevant work experience and at least 2 years Power Platform experience
-
Broad knowledge of Scrum (Agile Framework)
-
Experience in ServiceNow Development
-
Ability to apply acute analytical and technical skills to provide innovative solutions in meeting business requirements

Strong ability to exercise independent judgement in making moderately complex business decisions

Ability to deliver with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
-
Ability to translate highly technical information into non-technical terms

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office along with various other technical applications
