Job Description
As a Technical AI Project Manager at Hibob, you will play a critical role in realizing our "AI for Everyone" vision by driving AI adoption and integration across our business units. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to embed AI into key processes, establish best practices for responsible AI use, and build frameworks that prioritize security, budget control, and ethical data handling. This role requires a blend of technical and strategic expertise to scale our AI platform, empower teams to innovate with AI, and implement governance standards. Your efforts will ensure AI solutions are accessible, impactful, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Job Requirements
This role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI and project management proficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management, ideally within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong passion and knowledge of AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies.
- Familiarity with SaaS business processes - highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Build from Scratch: Demonstrated expertise in building new initiatives from the ground up, with a strong aptitude for creating, defining, and implementing cross-organizational frameworks that didn't exist before. Must have the vision and capability to develop, enable, and maintain new structures that drive alignment and support scalable, long-term growth.
- Technical Project Management Experience : Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in successful technology project implementations.
- AI Knowledge : Familiarity with generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and Agents, with an understanding of their practical applications in business.
- Hands-On Development Skills : Experience with low/no-code platforms for AI process development and automation is a strong advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships across all organizational levels. Skilled in translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and shared understanding among stakeholders.
- Autonomous and Adaptable : Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a continuous drive for excellence.
- Strategic Thinking and Innovation Mindset : Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing processes and achieving organizational impact.
