Join Jeen Talk and lead the product strategy for our Enterprise Conversational AI platform. You'll own products across AI Voice Agents, Chat Agents, Live Agent Assist, Conversation Intelligence, and Real-Time Translation.
You'll work closely with enterprise customers and engineering teams to define, build, and scale AI products that improve customer experience across voice, chat, and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to production.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams on AI workflows, prompt design, RAG, and agent orchestration.
- Define product KPIs, success metrics, and analytics.
- Analyze user behavior, product adoption, and customer journeys using analytics tools.
- Drive UX improvements across Voice AI and Conversational AI products.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and engineering effort.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and R&D throughout the product lifecycle.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience managing B2B or B2B2C SaaS products.
- Experience owning products end-to-end from discovery through production.
- Strong understanding of Contact Centers, Customer Service operations, and Customer Experience (CX).
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and Conversational UX.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI products.
- Ability to understand Python, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
