Position Summary:Job Summary: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) drives confidence in future growth opportunities by maintaining a stable technical solution and ongoing alignment that lay the foundation for business transformation. They proactively prescribe enhancements to a customer’s solution utilizing insights and trends. The TAM elevates the customer experience of the customer by advocating for continuous improvement efforts.Essential Responsibilities / DutiesBuild and maintain collaborative, operational relationships with suppliers, retailers, and internal SPS teams
Elevate the customer experience by advocating for continuous improvement and acting as a liaison in cross-departmental discussions and projects
Proactively prescribe ongoing enhancements to key stakeholders utilizing data insights and trends
Lead or participate in multiple ongoing customer projects and demonstrate adaptability when faced with potentially conflicting priorities
Maintain appropriate communication with key stakeholders in account portfolio, including facilitation of business reviews
Reduce demand for support through proactive customer engagements, data monitoring and increased success rates
Act as a technical elevation point of contact for designated accounts and coordinate with internal teams to reach issue resolution
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work successfully with key stakeholders across all levels and functions
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence others and professionally represent the organization both internally and externally
Strong project leadership, analytical and quality improvement skills
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Ability to work off-peak hours and limited on-call availability, including some evening and weekend shift work
Advanced knowledge of SPS Commerce programs, systems, and processes
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

The annual salary range for this role is: PHP 971,400.00 – PHP 1,457,100.00. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
