Your Impact
As a ThousandEyes Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for your assigned accounts, orchestrating technical success and driving long-term platform adoption. You will analyze complex network performance data to provide actionable insights, transforming technical roadblocks into strategic business opportunities. By partnering with Engineering, Sales, product, and Customer Success teams, you will lead periodic business reviews and technical health check-ins to ensure our solutions align with evolving infrastructure goals and drive measurable value realization. Your work directly impacts customer retention and satisfaction, positioning you as a vital pillar in the continued growth and market influence of ThousandEyes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts with a focus on technical delivery and adoption.
