業務内容:

  • プリセールス、ポストセールス、更新プロセスに沿った顧客への技術サポートと製品導入のアドバイス
  • お客様のIT運用環境を定期的に分析し、Datadogの価値を最大化するための提案
  • お客様の目標やユースケースを把握し、プロセス変更、製品採用、設定、追加機能など、お客様の要件を満たすための提案
  • お客様のチャンピオンの指導とトレーニング
  • お客様との月次・四半期ビジネスレビューへの参加と準備
  • Datadogの製品管理、エンジニアリング、技術サービスチームと連携し、新機能や製品の特定を支援
  • 技術的な製品導入と顧客の成功のためのベストプラクティスの継続的な進化

募集要項: 

  • プリセールス/ポストセールス環境において、技術および価値に基づくプレゼンテーションやデモを実施した経験
  • セルフスターターで、技術に精通したプロフェッショナルであり、企業のビジネス要件を理解し、Datadogの価値や技術的詳細を役員レベルのエグゼクティブや顧客企業における技術のエキスパート、その間にいるすべての人に説明することが容易であるこ
  • AWS、AzureまたはGCPのハンズオンの経験がある方
  • Python、Javascript、Ruby、Perl、Go、PHP、またはChef/Puppetなどのスクリプト言語
  • CI/CDツール(例:Jenkins、Gitlabなど)
  • コンテナ化ツール(Docker、Kubernetes、Rancherなど)

Skills Required

  • Experience delivering technical and value-based presentations and demos in pre-sales/post-sales environments
  • Self-starter who can understand business requirements and explain Datadog value to executives and technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP) or configuration management (Chef/Puppet)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)
  • Participate in and prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews; coach and train customer champions
