As a Technical Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, leading communication between our internal teams and clients, and overseeing the successful execution of technical projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding our clients' unique needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills, an understanding of project management frameworks, and excellent communication abilities. This role will give you the opportunity to make a significant impact on client success and drive our strategic growth.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a related client-facing role
- Proficient understanding of technical project delivery and experience working directly with software development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insights to improve client outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with a client-first approach
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack or equivalent, alongside CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable to changing priorities
- Bonus: Technical background or experience in the software industry is a plus
