Responsibilities:- Develop, process, and evaluate TECHINT and Weapon Intelligence data to identify, characterize, and assess weapons, IEDs, associated devices, technologies, and technical signatures.
- Conduct all-source intelligence exploitation of weapons, IEDs, and related devices to identify technical characteristics, components, capabilities, functionality, and attribution indicators.
- Produce Weapon Intelligence and device attribution reports, intelligence products, databases, and technical assessments documenting device characteristics, technical profiles, signatures, and associated events.
- Analyze weapons, IEDs, and related device events to identify recurring technical profiles, signatures, components, construction methods, triggering mechanisms, and other indicators supporting attribution and threat assessments.
- Analyze technical data associated with device and weapon signatures, including seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency (VLF), extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic, and triggering-device data.
- Integrate TECHINT, Weapon Intelligence, and all-source reporting to correlate device characteristics, technical signatures, and event information and develop comprehensive intelligence assessments.
- Maintain and update Weapon Intelligence and device attribution databases to support exploitation, correlation, trend analysis, and retrieval of technical intelligence.
- Collaborate with Intelligence Community, scientific, technical, and academic partners to evaluate emerging weapons, IED, sensing, triggering, and related technologies and assess their implications for TECHINT/Weapon Intelligence capabilities.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging and evolving technologies to identify changes in weapon and device capabilities, signatures, employment methods, and associated intelligence requirements.
- Develop and communicate technical intelligence assessments, findings, and recommendations to support operational, intelligence, scientific, and technology-development requirements.
- Junior: Minimum of one year of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Mid: Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Senior: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Expert: Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Experience applying TECHINT and Weapon Intelligence concepts, principles, methodologies, and tradecraft to the exploitation and analysis of weapons, IEDs, devices, and associated technologies.
- Experience applying IC and DoD classification guidelines, security requirements, and information-handling procedures to TECHINT research, exploitation, analysis, and intelligence production.
- Experience working semi-independently with limited oversight to conduct technical research, exploitation, analysis, and intelligence production in support of mission requirements.
- Experience collecting, evaluating, correlating, and synthesizing TECHINT, Weapon Intelligence, and all-source information to characterize weapons, IEDs, devices, events, technical profiles, signatures, and attribution indicators.
- Experience analyzing technical characteristics, components, construction methods, capabilities, functionality, triggering mechanisms, and employment techniques associated with weapons, IEDs, and related devices.
- Experience evaluating technical signatures and sensor-derived data, including seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency (VLF), extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic, and triggering-device information.
- Experience developing and defending analytic judgments using multiple sources of technical and intelligence information, and adapting assessments based on new data, emerging technologies, or changing operational conditions.
- Experience identifying technical nuances, inconsistencies, anomalies, and contradictions within weapon/device data and determining their potential impact on attribution and intelligence assessments.
- Experience applying structured analytic techniques and alternative methodologies to evaluate assumptions, biases, competing hypotheses, and uncertainty and strengthen technical intelligence assessments.
- Experience conducting structured technical research, including obtaining, validating, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information in accordance with applicable security, classification, and data-handling protocols.
- Experience evaluating intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including technical sensors, collection platforms, HUMINT sources, and other intelligence disciplines relevant to TECHINT and Weapon Intelligence.
- Experience evaluating collected technical intelligence and collaborating with collection managers, intelligence analysts, technical personnel, and other mission partners to identify intelligence gaps and develop, refine, and prioritize collection requirements.
- Experience producing timely, concise, and technically accurate Weapon Intelligence products, device attribution reports, technical assessments, studies, databases, and briefing materials.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, electronic matrices, databases, and web-enabled tools to organize, analyze, document, and present technical intelligence.
- Experience communicating complex technical and intelligence issues clearly and concisely through written products, briefings, presentations, and verbal engagements.
- Experience collaborating with Intelligence Community, scientific, technical, and academic partners to assess emerging weapons, IED, device, sensor, and related technology developments and their implications for TECHINT/Weapon Intelligence capabilities.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $135,000
This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
